Constantinou Bros Properties, one of the leading property developers in Paphos, with more than 45 years of experience, is looking to recruit a highly skilled and motived Property Manager to joint our expanding team.
Main task and responsibilities:
- Manage private and residential developments to ensure efficient operations and maintenance.
- Oversee repairs and maintenance in both communal areas and private units.
- Plan and supervise maintenance and service activities for communal developments.
- Expand the company’s client base by securing new management contracts and additional maintenance projects.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for each communal development, including financial planning based on projected maintenance work.
- Supervise billing processes and oversee debt collection for communal developments.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant Cypriot and EU legislation affecting the business.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Property Manager or in a related field.
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Experienced with MS Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills in property management.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
