Constantinou Bros Properties, one of the leading property developers in Paphos is looking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible in designing the interiors of our residential developments in Paphos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating design concepts for residential interiors
- Support the preparation of client proposals, including finishes, furniture selections, and presentations
- Communicate with suppliers to collect pricing and samples, and assist in cost analysis
- Performs client presentations, partakes in meeting, and ensures constant follow-ups.
- Attend site visits and liaise with contractors and subcontractors to support quality control
- Help track project timelines, deliveries, and budgets to ensure successful execution
- Stay current with the new trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture world and get informed about new products and acquire samples.
- All other duties as assigned.
Desired Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or similar.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills
- At least 2 years of professional experience in interior design
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent sales, presentation, and communication skills.
- Eye for detail and design.
