Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing, developing, and sourcing client relationships and referrals while simultaneously expanding associates’ network.
• Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
• Perform competitive research and market analysis to identify trends and growth areas.
• Map potential clients and generate leads
• Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face- to -face meetings and cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
• Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
• Explores all market channels to generate new business leads and inquiries. Use technical selling methods and product knowledge to promote the company’s projects and services.
• Advise on forthcoming project development and discuss special promotions
• Generate direct leads via social media and perform meetings and viewings with clients and associates.
• Handle the negotiations regarding the sale and purchase of real estate.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, presentations, events and conferences in Cyprus and abroad.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Work closely with other departments to guarantee the highest standard of customer service.
• Proactively work to retain current business and re-establish connections with previous partners.
• Cross selling to existing clients
• Maintain accurate records of all sales, prospective and follow-up activities in CRM and Outlook.
• Report directly to the Sales Director.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or any other related to Sales field from an accredited Collage/University.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development position or relevant role in Real Estate.
• Excellent knowledge and use of Greek and English language. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Experienced with MS Office.
• Strong communication and negation skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Highly driven and motivated to achieve objectives independently.
• Proven sales track record
• Flexibility to travel frequently is essential
• Able to work in a rapidly changing work environment
• Good knowledge of construction industry and market trends
